1. Check FAQs to see if your question has been covered.
2. Browse Help
Documentation for answers on how-to use the vtribes software. Download
entire Help File.
3. Find resources and get help from fellow vtribe operators and moderators in the official vTribes forum.
4. Submit a support ticket below for sales, billing, software errors or malfunctions. All "how-to" related tickets will be referred to our "help documentation" if your question is covered in documentation already.
Our support ticket system has been designed for you to: (1) send our office a message online and (2) track each message easily online!
5. If you have already sent us a support ticket and want to review its related replies and follow-ups, simply click on the link that says, "View Open Tickets"
Submit A New Ticket Use this option to submit a new ticket. |
View Ticket Use this option to view a ticket already in our system. You will be asked for your email address and the ticket ID number. |
Show FAQ Lists Use this option to view a complete list of all FAQ lists that your access level permits you to view. |
If you are a registered member, you can login and revisit the Support Center to view a complete list of all tickets you've submitted.
